Thank you for supporting handmade artisan jewelry. Rach B Jewelry is designed in Austin, Texas. Each piece is created using the finest materials and there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of the jewelry.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credits and all transactions are run securely through Stripe and Paypal. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount. Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped within Texas.

ORDERS

Rach B Jewelry orders are hand made in the order in which they are received. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days and shipped the following day via USPS Priority (2-3 days). We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. Email us if you have a special need or request. We will do our best to meet your deadline. Once your parcel is shipped, it is out of our hands and we do not resume responsibility for a package missing in transit.

International shipping times vary and can take about 14-20 business days to deliver around the world, and can occasionally can take longer depending on customs in your home country. Please understand that once your international order has shipped, it is completely out of our hands. We do not assume responsibility for an order missing in transit. USPS tracking codes do not apply to worldwide shipping.

Please note some countries charge additional customs fees on incoming packages at random. If you are selected to pay a customs fee, we apologize for the frustrating extra expense. Unfortunately, it is out of our control and we are not responsible for any part of this extra charge.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We will accommodate custom changes to our designs whenever possible. Email your custom request. Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Rach B Jewelry. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of receipt. Monogram pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange in addition to any other customized items. Please contact us prior to returning. For your protection, please pack your return item securely with an insured trackable carrier and retain your receipt. Rach B Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

CONTEST WINNERS

Custom, metalsmithed, vintage, one-of-a-kind pieces and rings are excluded as options to redeem with gift certificate. Winner must pay balance including taxes and shipping fees. Certificate must be used in one transaction within 15 days of announcement, redeemable on regular priced items that are available online only. No returns or exchanges.

REPAIRS

Though we pride ourselves on our excellent craftsmanship, jewelry can sometimes break. Please send an email to Rachel@ShopRachB.com explaining the situation. You can ship your jewelry to the studio. We'll give your piece a little TLC and send it back to you. Charges may apply.

JEWELRY CARE

For traveling and safekeeping, store your Rach B Jewelry in its signature tin box. Sterling silver, 14K rose gold fill and 14K gold fill metals tarnish over time if exposed to open air. To shine up your jewels, use a soft polishing cloth. We also suggest not sleeping, swimming, or showering in your jewelry.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not sell, share, or trade any information you supply to us with a third party either from transactions on this website or signing up for our guest list.
