My Summer Jewelry Rotation

More than ever, I vowed to myself that I would give myself the extra minute to accessorize beyond more than a single piece of jewelry (like my wedding ring - does that even count?). As a busy mom of two littles and running a full-time one-woman show — when I put the effort into myself, I instantly feel better at the start of the day and absolutely feel ready to conquer the rest.

Summer is a treasured time when necks are exposed and begging for some glistening summery jewelry. And within the hot temps of summer days, the hair is up and the ears are ready to play and show off some modern everyday jewelry.

There is so much to do for summertime fun - solo or with family. Like taking that traditional summer trip, lakefront fun, beachin’ in the sand, biking in the breeze, grabbing ice cream at any chance, running errands sporadically (so much easier when you don’t have to worry about cold-weather gear, am I right?), grilling out with friends and family and maybe the occasional wedding.
If there is any season to get away with “less is more” (aka laziness?) - it is summer! Of course, it is freeing to be on the go, the routine is more relaxed, school is out, and vacations are made.

This year I surprised myself at how many pieces I wore for my own personal EVERYDAY jewelry style (because, well, a baby in tow isn’t the easiest to balance style and accessories without getting yanked or spit up on!). Beyond my wedding rings and staple hoop earrings, I had an entire jewelry stack on my neck! And on my wrists! Who am I? And it is a total outfit enhancing, mood-boosting, major feel-good vibes!

These arch hoop earrings ($55) from the Arch Collection are everything in the way they suspend with their front-facing profile. They bring an airy feel with an arched half-moon silhouette peeking out with a tilt and they have eased their way into my rotation so well that I forget I am wearing these lightweight hoop earrings!

The casually luxe diamond clasp bracelet ($295) shows off interest all around, no matter where it spins. The pleasant juxtaposition of the mixed chains and metals with a cubic zirconia gem within and another cubic zirconia pave disc charm surprise is an honorable crowd-pleaser solo or layered up.

This cubic zirconia pave charm necklace ($75) gives the quiet sparkle of a diamond I crave to finish off any day or night style.

This sturdy paperclip chain necklace is truly the ultimate staple ($325). (The lighter version is this glistening textured version ($125)). The wildly popular paperclip chain necklace is the ideal foundational piece to add to a necklace stack for everyday necklace layers. The large sturdy smooth paperclip links certainly fulfill the elevated everyday jewelry style. I simply clasp the chain on any link to make it shorter or longer and wear it at the desired length. Both styles are conveniently offered at 17” or 20”.

These chrysoprase arch hoop earrings ($95) brighten my look and day! These big earrings-without-the-weight peeks out of my hair in the most complementing of ways. My favorite detail - the chrysoprase stone swings and moves and lets these modern hoop earrings take notice and be admired.

This simple and cute mixed metal everyday bracelet ($50) has been on my wrist for 3 years! I hand-forged the oxidized bar and adorned it on a small paperclip chain to wear simply or layered. It’s just the best addition for any bracelet stack style!

The newest third addition to freshen up my bracelet stack is this sturdy paperclip chain bracelet ($165) to balance the one on my neck. It amps up my wrist style and it feels as if this bracelet stack was meant for each other.

Summertime, I hold on to you dearly. I will take this jewelry stack that has me going strong and I don’t plan to dwindle down anytime soon with the upcoming seasons upon us for Fall layers or Holiday jewelry style!

xx, Rach
