Rach B Jewelry accepts, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
SHIPPING
All packages will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Shipping is $7 within the USA or FREE if purchase is more than $150 before tax. International shipping is available to most countries. Please contact us via email to make arrangements info_shoprachb.com.
ORDER IS A GIFT?
No problem! Not only does your purchase come in its own signature tin box for safekeeping, but we can also include a Rach B gift bag and tissue paper and personalize a special note from you on Rach B stationary. Just indicate at time of payment that the purchase is a gift and include the message you would like us to put inside.
TAX FREE PURCHASES
We collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently that means we only collect taxes in Illinois
RETURN POLICY
You are welcome to return your unworn Rach B Jewelry within 7 days, except for sale items. Please email info_ShopRachB.com and indicate that youd like to make a return. Also include the name of the styles(s) youd like to swap. We will ask you to ship us your existing item. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will ship the new item to you right away.
JEWELRY CARE
For traveling and safekeeping, store your Rach B Jewelry in our signature tin box. To shine up your jewels, use a soft polishing cloth.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS EARRINGS
Though we pride ourselves on our excellent quality, jewelry can sometimes break. Please send us an email at info_ShopRachB.com and explain the situation. All repairs are handled individually. We are also able to replace a lost earring mate. Please contact us and we will contact you with an estimate of the cost of the repair and further instructions.
